Please provide the following documenktion for each Information Technology
Hardware Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Software Web Hosted service
or project listed in Software and Hardware Expenses for years 2020 and202l.
(Where requested information has not been provided, please explain why it was
not provided and how the Company assured completion of the service or project
was completed at least cost).
(a) Business case - a justification of need for each service or project and a
cost/benefit analys is comparing alternatives ;
(b) Project details - scope, budget, and schedule;
(c) Completion dates;
(d) Costs - labor, material, purchased services, and other expenses; and
(e) For any project that was completed for information security, please list the
standard, regulation, or requirement the implementation fulfills.
l't Supplemental Response to IPUC Data Request 8l
Further to the Company's response to IPUC Data Request 8l dated August 19,
2021, and pursuant to a follow-up request received from Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (IPUC) staff dated August 30,2021which requested supporting
documentation for certain prepaid information technology (IT) contracts
amortization costs (computer hardware and software prepayments) associated
with Document numbers. I 3 9263 30 9, 13945943 5, | 37 7 57 21 6, 13827 7 422, and
138810292, the Company provides this supplemental responsive to subpart (d).
(d) Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 8l I't Supplemental which
provides supporting documentation for the above listed accounting document
numbers. The attached information represents the supporting detail of the 4
requested SAP documentations; these entries represent Information Technology
prepaid amortization for the year 2020 which has been recorded to the Company's
income statement.
Confidential information is provided subject to protection under IDAPA
31.01.01.067 and 31.01 .01.233,the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Rules of
Procedure No. 67 - Information Exempt from Public Review, and further subject
to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed in this proceeding.
