SEVENTEENTH SET OF DATA
REQUESTS TO ROCKY
MOUNTAIN POWER
P4 Production, L.L.C., an affrliate of Bayer Corporation (hereinafter "Bayer"), by and
through its attorneys, hereby submits this Fifteenth Set of Data Requests to Rocky Mountain
Power, pursuant to Rule 225 of the ldaho Public Utility Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA
31.01.01.
This Data Request is to be considered continuing, and Rocky Mountain Power is requested
to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of the
person preparing the documents. Please identifr the name, job title, location and telephone number
of the record holder.
In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.

Request No. 241. Follow up to RMP Response to PIIC 50. Refer to the total plant-in-
service amounts for TB Flats (excluding transmission) shown in Excel cell Cl7 provided in
Attach PIIC 50 CONF. Please reconcile this amount to the total plant-in-service amount for TB
Flats (excluding transmission) provided in the Confidential RMP (McDougal) workpaper that
supports Adjustment 8.15 in RMP Exhibit 40, derived by adding the "Jan 20 to Dec 20 Plant
Additions" for TB Flats (Tab 8.15.I-CONF, cell G20) to the"202l Plant Additions Included in
Adj" for TB Flats (Tab 8.15.2-CONF, cell C34). Which amount is correct, the amount shown in
Attach PIIC 50 CONF or the amount included in the workpaper to Adjusftnent 8.15? Why is
there a difference between these two amounts?
