RMP witness Joelle R. Steward provides a cost cap comparison for the 8V2020
program.
(a) Please provide the work paper used to prepare Confidential Exhibit 2.
(b) Please provide the reference to where each of the amounts shown in
Confidential Exhibit 2 canbe found in RMP witness Steven R. McDougal's
Exhibit 40.
(c) Please reconcile or explain any differences between the amounts shown in Ms.
Steward's Exhibit 2 and Mr. McDougal's Exhibit 40.

(a) Please refer to the confidential work papers supporting the direct testimony of
Company witness, Rick T. Link, specifically folder *EY 2020", file "FSLW
No Uinta Summary Detail Results 20180404 - Updated Costs_GRC
Comparison".
(b) The amounts shown in Exhibit No. 2 are confidential. Exhibit No. 40 is non-
confidentialand the individual amounts are not separately identified in Exhibit
No. 40. The wind generation plant is included in the total shown on line 1568
of page 28. The hansmission plant is included in the total shown on line 1646
of page 29.
(c) There are no differences between the generation plant amounts in the two
exhibits. There is a difference between the transmission plant amounts in the
nvo exhibits. Preparation of the revenue requirement was locked down earlier
than when Exhibit No. 2 was prepared. Exhibit No. 2 contains the latest
transmission forecast amount at that time. Please refer to Confidential
Attachment Bayer 137 for a reconciliation of the transmission amounts
between the exhibits.
