Please provide the contract for the renewal of Property and Liability Insurances
referenced on Exhibit No. 40 page 4.7.3 when available.
lst Revised Response to IPUC Data Request 63
Further to the Company's response to IPUC Data Request 63 dated August 5,
2021, the Company provides this lst Revised response which replaces, in its
entire$1, the Company's original response. This I't Revised response was
prompted by recognizing that the Company's original response to IPUC Data
Request 63 erroneously provided the response intended for IPUC Data Request
64. Based on the foregoing explanation, the Company provides the following and
correct response to IPUC Data Request 63:
The insurance conhacts are tade secret and privileged content which cannot be
made available for public review. Please refer to the Company's response to
IPUC Data Request 170, specifically Conftdential Attachment IPUC 170 for an
abshact of the insurance policies.

Please provide the rationale and any supporting documentation for the Company's
renewal estimate provided on Exhibit No. 40 page 4.7.3
I't Revised Response to IPUC Data Request 64
Further to the Company's response to IPUC Data Request 64 dated August 5,
2021, the Company provides this lst Revised response which replaces, in its
entirety, the Company's original response. This lst Revised response was
prompted by recognizing that the Company's original response to IPUC Data
Request 64 was inadvertently used in IPUC Data Request 63. Based on the
foregoing explanation, the Company provides the following response to IPUC
Data Request 64:
Premium estimates on Page 4.7.3 are developed internally based on prior
premiums, current market conditions, and factors in loss and risk exposure. The
Company will provide the actual premium renewal amounts when they become
available after the policies are renewed. The information should be available
around Q3/Q4 of each respective year. Additionally, the Company will update to
the most recent information in rebuttal.
