IPUC Data RequestTT
Please provide copies of all invoices and all other financial source documents to
veri$ the actual project costs for the projects collectively referred to as Energy
Vision 2020Wojects. Please update this production request monthly for the
projects still in the construction phase.
l't Supplemental Response to IPUC Data RequestTT
The Company continues to clarifr that the reference to the "Energy Vision 2020
Projects" is intended to be a reference to the term as utilized in the direct
testimony of Company witness, Timothy J. Hemstreet, specifically the wind
projects collectively referred to as the Energy Vision 2020 Projects, comprising:
Repowering Wind Projects - Dunlap, Glenrock I, Glenrock III, High Plains,
Leaning Juniper, Marengo I, Marengo II, McFadden fudge, Rolling Hills, Seven
Mile Hill I, and Seven Mile Hill II.
New Wind Projects - Cedar Springs II, Ekola Flats and TB Flats.
And in addition, Transmission Projects - Aeolus to Jim Bridger Anticline,
Q707, andQ7l2.
Based on the foregoing clarification, the Company responds as follows:
Further to the Company's response to IPUC Data Request7T dated August 5,
2021, the Company provides the following supplemental information:
Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 77 I't Supplemental which provides
copies of the invoices associated with the audit sample provided to the Company
by Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) staffon August 23,2021, separated
into folders for the new wind projects invoice selection, the repowered wind
projects invoice selection, and the tansmission projects invoice selection.
Confidential information is provided subject to protection under IDAPA
31.01.01 .067 and 31.01.01.233, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Rules of
Procedure No. 67 - Information Exempt from Public Review, and further subject
to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed in this proceeding.
