Special Delegation of Authority
APR #24015328 for LCT Open Office Plan (the “Project”)
PacifiCorp seeks authorization for funding of the LCT Open Office Plan Project under APR
#24015328 in alignment with the fall 2019 Proposed Plan, based on Project costs of $29,243,350
for remodeling the Lloyd Center Tower, in Portland, Oregon, to a concept that allows for greater
employee engagement.
The total Project cost exceeds the current signature authority of the President and CEO of Pacific
Power. Under PacifiCorp governance standards, the Project requires this delegation of authority.
Accordingly, I hereby delegate to the President and CEO of Pacific Power full approval authority
to negotiate and execute, or to on-delegate such authorities to a specified person, all agreements
and payments related to the Project consistent with the APR noted above, in order to consummate
the transactions described therein, including any and all related documents, exhibits, filings,
instruments, amendments, or other documents (internal and external) necessary for and related to
the Project.
The foregoing authorization includes all funds disbursements and contract signing authorizations.
Any and all actions of the President and CEO of Pacific Power prior to the effective date of this
Special Delegation of Authority in furtherance hereof are hereby ratified to the extent such actions
are consistent with the foregoing authorization.
This Special Delegation of Authority is provided consistent with Section 2 of PacifiCorp’s
Corporate Governance and Approvals Process and the delegation limits stated therein.
