the curtailment or intemrption, the amount in MW and reason (economic
curtailment, operating reserves, system integrity, etc.). Please provide in Excel
format.

Further to the Company's response to Bayer Data Request24 dated July 6, 2021,
and as requested in Bayer Data Request 129, specifically "Please provide the
documents produced in response to Bayer Data Request 2l and 24 for 2021 to
date", the Company provides the following supplemental response for Bayer Data
Request 24:
The requested information is customer specific confidential information. The
Company requests special handling.
Please refer to Customer-Specific Confidential Attachment Bayer 24 I't
Supplemental which provides the available curtailment and / or intemrptions
information associated with Monsanto I Bayer I P4 for calendar year 2021
(January 2021 through July 2021). The requested information is being provided
only to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) and the requester /
customer, Bayer.
