subsidiary has been party to from 2014 to present. Please indicate whether the
case was criminal or civil, whether PacifiCorp was a defendant, whether the case
is pending. If the case resulted in fines, damages, penalties, sanctions, or
sefflement amounts against PacifiCorp please identifr the nature and amounts.
Response to Bayer Data Request 84
The Company objects to this request as overly broad, vague and ambiguous,
unduly burdensome, and not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of
admissible evidence. Subject to and without waiving this objection the Company
responds as follows:
The Company assumes this request is not regarding capital additions but is asking
about injury and damage amounts paid by the Company. In this general rate case
(GRC), the Company is normalizing injury and damage expense to reflect a three-
year average in Adjusftnent 4.7. Please refer to Confidential Attachment Bayer 84
for a list of payments that were over $50,000 for 2018, 2019, and2020.
