assumption, the Company responds as follows:
The total dollar amount of Lend-A-Hand funds that went unused and were carried

2018 - $18,907.98
20t9 - $15,487.71
2020 - $25,829.60
The unused funds may be due to fewer applicants and availability of other
funding sources such as Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
(LIHEAP). 1n2020, the use of Lend-A-Hand funding decreased significantly
which may be related the following factors:
o Due to the COVID-I9 pandemic, PacifiCorp suspended collection notices for
approximately six months which decreased the number of households seeking
assistance.
Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) funding -
2020 LIIfEAP recipients received two benefits from the Idaho Department of

plan/arrangements the Company offered its Idaho customers n2020 due to
COVID.I9.
Response to IPUC Data Request 137
Due to the COVID-I9 pandemic, Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) offered two
alternative payment plan options in 2020 for customers:
The fust option was a l2-month payment plan to pay offany arears. The
customer could choose to pay a levelized, equal amount based on the arrearage
and the average monthly bill at the residence, or just pay the arrearage and the
regular monthly bill. Customers were given the option to defer some of the
ilrearage and pay lower payments for the first three months.
The second option was a six-month payment plan to pay offany arrears. The
customer would be late fee exempt dwing the plan if installments were paid each
