Please provide in electronic format a listing of the date, time, and estimated
magnitude of all actual hourly curtailments/intemrptions that occurred during
2014 through the most recent month available in Idaho separated by rate schedule
or special contract customer. If outright curtailments/intemrptions are freated
differently than "buy-throughs", please state each separately.
Response to IIPA Data Request 15
The Company objects to this request on the grounds that the curtailment of
intemrptible loads of PacifiCorp's special contract customers is confidential
customer specific information, which can't be provided without the customer's
authorization. Based on that understanding, the Company responds with redacted
and aggregated information for calendar years2014 through 2019.
Please refer to Confidential Attachment IIPA l5-1 which provides information on
the special contacts / intemrptible contacts curtailment of interruptible loads for
calendar years2014 through 2020.
Please refer to Attachment IIPA l5-2 which provides information on the
Company's Idaho and Utah Irrigation Load Contol Programs, and Utah's Cool

Please provide electronically any SAIDI, SAIFI, MAIDI, or CAIDI information
that the Company has collected since 2014. Such data should be provided at the
least aggregated level it is maintained (not necessarily gathered) by the Company
Response to IIPA Data Request 18
Please refer to Attachment IIPA 18. Reliability data at a disaggregated level (such
as at a service tansformer) is not reasonably comparable over time; as such the
Company provides annual circuit-level data, both including and excluding major
events for the past five years.

(a) Please refer to Attachment IIPA 19-l for the gross plant balances on
December 31,2020 of distribution assets (excluding land) capitalized at each
substation location listed in the work paper referenced, with the exception of
Poverty substation. Poverty substation was capitalized as a pole mounted sub
and classified as a distribution line asset. Due to the nature of how line assets
are maintained on the Company's properly records, where they are recorded at
a more generalized district level based on their physical location, it is not
possible to identifr and isolate the actual balance as of December 31,2020
specific to Poverty.
(b) Please refer to Attachment IIPA 19-l for the depreciation reserve balances on
December 31,2020 associated with the gross plant balances provided with the
Company's response to subpart (a) above. The Company utilizes group
depreciation and maintains accumulated reserve balances for distribution by
state. Therefore, the balances provided are an estimated allocation, by
substation location, of the total Idaho distribution reserve.
