This Data Request is to be considered continuing, and Rocky Mountain Power is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced. Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of the person preparing the documents. Please identift the name, job title, location and telephone number ofthe record holder. In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated. BAYER CORPORATION'S SEVENTH DATA REQUESTS TO ROCKY MOLINTAIN POWER - I Bayer Set 7 Request No. 103: Rate Base. For each rate base item in RMP witness Steven R. McDougal's RMP Exhibit 40, please prepare a comparison of RMP's proposed rate base amount with a l3-month average rate base amount for the period ending December 31, 2021. Please provide this comparison on both a Total Company and Idaho allocated basis by FERC account and allocation factor. For each rate base item (e.g. electric plant in service, accumulated provision for depreciation, etc.), please provide workpapers with the monthly balance used for the l3-month average balance by FERC account and allocation factor. Request No. 104: Net Power Cost. Please provide the RMP workpaper file that converts the output shown in the Mr. Wilding's Exhibit 37 GRID report to the NPC adjustments in the JAM/RAM revenue requirement models by FERC account and allocation factor. Request No. 105: Net Power Cost. Please provide the complete copy of the GRID Report shown in RMP witness Michael G. Wilding's Exhibit No. 37 that shows the monthly energy production and cost per unit production by resource. If not clear from the complete GRID report, please provide the monthly energy production included in GRID model for each phase of Pryor Mountain and TB Flats wind plants. Request No. 106: Craig Unit 2 SCR Please identiff the plant balances, accumulated depreciation, and ADIT for this project for each month since it was placed in service through the end of the test period. Also, identiff the relevant monthly balances included in RMP's requested revenue requirement.
