Response to IPUC Data Request 5 PacifiCorp objects to this data request on the grounds that it seeks information that is not relevant and the request is not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. The Company also objects to the extent that the request is overly broad and it would be unduly burdensome to produce the information requested. The request asks for "all orders" from five state commissions and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) over a three-year period. Furthermore, "order" is not defined and could include Administative Law Judge (ALI) rulings and state commission orders on procedural matters, protective orders, and other non-substantive matters.
