This is the tj-me and place set for a customer hearing in Case No. PAC-E-21-04, also referred to as in the matter of Rocky Mountain Power's application for approval of a master lease agreement non-exclusive light pole attachment in Idaho with Cingular Wire1ess. The purpose of this hearing is to take testimony from members of the public in reference to Rocky Mountain Powerrs request for approval of a lease agreement that they fil-ed with the Commission on February 22nd, 202I. My name is Krj-stine Raper. I am the Chair of today's proceedings. I also Paul Kjellander and Commissioner have with me Commissi-oner Eric Anderson. public testimony that wou1d be taken today would Any be added to the underlying record in this case. WESTON: Yes, Madam Chair, this is Ted Weston on behalf of Rocky Mountain Power. COMMISSIONER RAPER:Okay, thanks, Ted, anyone wlth Cingularfor being on the 1ine, and is Wireless that is representing there the Company that would like to have their name on the record? MS. V{ALKER: Yes, this is Liz Walker here on behalf of New Cingular Wirel-ess. COMMISSIONER RAPER: Great, thank you, Ms. Walker. Is there anyone that I've missed that would l-ike to have themselves represented for purposes of the record? Normally at this point we would go to any members of the public who have called in to testify on behalf of the application in front of the Commission, but the hearing was schedul-ed to begin at 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time. It is now lz42 Mountain Time and we do not as of now have any callers on the liner so I donrt think that there is any reason to further delay the proceedings. We will- close the record.
