Regarding the response to Production Request No. 8, please explain the disparity
between SEICAA's RMP Energy Conservation Fund 2017 ending balance of
$1,822.20 and 2018 beginning balance of $0.

The remaining Energy Conservation Funds n2017 were used for postage to mail
kits. Kits include equipment such as smart power stips, light emitting diode
(LED) bulbs, gaskets, and weatherization items.

between EICAP's Energy Conservation Fund 2018 beginning balance ot$jO,Ojg
and20l7 ending balance of $23,353, as reported in Table I I of the Company's
2017 rdaho Energy Effrciency and peak Reduction Annual Report.
Response to IPUC Data Request 15
The referenced $23,353 in Table I I of the company's 2017 Annual Report is
erroneous. The reported amount should have been $30,038. The incorrect$23,353
resulted from an accounting error by Eastern Idaho community Action
Partrership (EICAP). The 2018 and2}lgAnnual Reports accounted for this error
and reflect accurate ending balances.
