the past five years (from 2015 to 2019) and indicate how far above or below each
year is to normal water conditions. If hourly meter data are not available, please
provide the data at the minimal time interval available.

Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 20 which provides collected and
archived meter data, in hourly increments, for the CDM Hydro / Felt Hydro / Fall
River Rural Electric Cooperative qualifuing facility (QF) for 2015 through 2019.
Note: data provided is in kilowatt-hours (k!Vh).
Note: the Company does not own or operate the CDM Hydro / Felt Hydro / Fall
River Rural Electric Cooperative QF, and therefore the Company has no
information as to what "normal water conditions" would have been during its
generating operations in 2015 through 2019.
