Please provide a list of all generation facilities or power purchase agreements that were added to meet the need for capacity during the period(s). Response to IPUC Data Request I Yes, the Company has encountered actual capacity deficiency periods. For example, immediately prior to Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) Order 33425 dated December I 5, 201 5 in Case PAC-E-15-12, the Company's capacity deficiency under the Surrogate Avoided Resource (SAR) methodology was assumed to begin in 2013. Please refer to Attachment IPUC 1 for a list of long- term resources added since 2007 that are delivering to the Company now or are contracted to do so in the future.
