BOISE, TDAHO, TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 2020, 2:30 p. M
COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: Good afternoon.
This is the time and place for
Case No. PAC-E-20-06, known as

transfer
the City
agreement
of Idaho Fa]ls.between Rocky Mountain Power and
My name is Paul Kjellander. I'11 be
Chairing today's proceedings. I'm joined by Commissioner
Eric Anderson and also Commissioner Kristine Raper. Why
don't we begin with the appearances of the parties and
we' l-l- start with the 1ega1 counsel representing the Staf f
for the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, af you could
turn on your microphone and officially identify yourself
and spe1l your name for the record.
MR. HUNTER: Thank you, Commissioners.
Matt Hunter representing Staff for the Commission. Last
name H-u-n-t-e-r.
COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: Thank you very
much and I believe we also have 1ega1 counsel for Rocky

spelled W-e-g-e-n-e-r.
COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: Great. Thank
you very much, and again, this is a telephonlc hearing
and I do believe that at this polnt we do not have anyone
who has called in on the line to participate in the ca1l,
so with that, it will be my intent to go off the record
for a period of f ive minutes j-n which time we'11- see if
we have any additional cal-l-ers. After that f ive-minute
window, we will come back on the line. If we have some
ca1lers that wish to offer public testimony, we'11 take
that testimony at that time. If not, thenr we will bring
these proceedings in for a landing, so with thatr w€ wilt
offlcialfy go off the record for a five-minute window.
(Recess. ).
COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: Okay, we will go
back on the record and I've been informed that we do not
have any callers on the line who wish to participate in
the public hearing, so there being no reason, then, to go
through our protocol for today and how we would move
forward, it is probably in our best j-nterest at this
point to merely say thank you to all of those who have
been involved wlth this case and we look forward to the
appropriate deadlines coming and going so that we can get
to the point of lssuing a final ruling on thj_s caser so
with that, we are adjourned.
