This is the time and place for Case No. PAC-E-20-06, known as Mountain Power's application for Road/Rusti-c Lane /77L]n South asset a telephonic in the matter hearing in of Rocky the Pi-oneerofapproval transfer the City agreement of Idaho Fa]ls.between Rocky Mountain Power and My name is Paul Kjellander. I'11 be Chairing today's proceedings. I'm joined by Commissioner Eric Anderson and also Commissioner Kristine Raper. Thank you very much, and again, this is a telephonlc hearing and I do believe that at this polnt we do not have anyone who has called in on the line to participate in the ca1l, so with that, it will be my intent to go off the record for a period of f ive minutes j-n which time we'11- see if we have any additional cal-l-ers. After that f ive-minute window, we will come back on the line. If we have some ca1lers that wish to offer public testimony, we'11 take that testimony at that time.
