5 this is the time and place for a telephonic public
6 hearing in Case No.PAC-E-20-01,also known as in the
7 matter of Rocky Mountain Power's application for approval
8 of the Sunnyside/Holmes Street asset transfer agreement
9 between Rocky Mountain Power and the City of Idaho Falls.
10 Again,this is PAC-E-20-01.
11 My name is Paul Kjellander.I'll be the
12 Chairman of today's proceedings.Joining me in our
13 Hearing Room is Commissioner Eric Anderson and
14 Commissioner Kristine Raper.As we begin today's
15 proceedings,we'll just start off first with the
16 appearances of the parties.Legal counsel representing
17 the Staff for the Public Utilities Commission,if you
18 could identify yourself and spell your name and please
19 speak slowly for the record since our court reporter is
20 not on site.

3 COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER:Thank you,Ted,
4 and are there any other parties that need to be
I5'recognized for the record?There are none,so the
6-purpose of today's telephonic public hearing is a
7 requirement of Idaho Code Section 61-328 that essentially
8 mandates a public hearing occur when we have an asset
9 transfer such as this,and so this is the proceeding that
10 we have established to accommodate that section of
11 statute for the specific asset transfer.
12 With that said,there are no other callers
13 that are on the bridge at this time and given the fact
14 that this is a scenario in which there likely will be no
15 other callers,putting any kind of delay as far as time,
16 might be it a 10-or 15-minute window in which we would
17 wait for people to call,is not something that we intend
18 to do today.
19 Instead,if someone should call up and
20 can't reach us,we would encourage them to send us a
21 written comment at that point,but with regards to the
22 fulfillment of the requirement of Idaho Code Section
23 61-328,that has been fulfilled,and so I would like to
24 thank everyone for their participation today,and there
25 being no further business to come before us on this
