install the small usage device?

attachment that will be covered bv the customer.

made by Company, subject to the Customer's installation meeting all the
Company's design and installation requirements." Attachment I at 1.

The revised Regulation 4 provided in Attachment I states, "The Company shall
have the right to test the capacity requirements ofthe small usage devices from
time to time." Attachment 1 at l Please provide the Company's plan for testing
the devices which may include which devices will be tested and how often.
Response to IPUC Data Request 5
The Company intends to do an annual sampling ofa small percentage ofthese
non-metered small usage devices. The frequency and extent to which the
Company tests the devices will need to be determined as the Company gains
experience with its audits. The volume of devices, the accuracy of wattages that
the customer supplies and the availability ofqualified personnel will be factors
that will influence the Company's plans as they evolve.
