My name is Paul Kjellander. I'l-l- be the
Chairman of today's proceedings. With me, as members of
the Commission, are Eric Anderson and Kristine Raper.
As we aII know, from many of these public hearings that
we've had in the past, this is a mandated public
hearing, in reference to Idaho Code Section 61-328, that
states that the Commission shaII conduct a
hearing upon the appfication.
In order to fulfill the statutory
Staff recorunended that the Commission hold
regulrements,

modified procedure, and as a result, we
