This is the time and place for a telephonic public hearing in Case No. PAC-E-19-11, also known as in the matter of the application for approval of the asset sal-e between Rocky Mountain Power and Idaho Power. My name is Paul Kjellander. I will be chairing today's proceedings and why donrt we begin first with the appearances of the parties and I bel-ieve we do have with us lead counsel representing the Staff of the Idaho Public Utif ities Commission.
