M COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: Well-, good afternoon. This is the time and place for a public telephonic hearing in Case No. PAC-E-19-09. My name is PauI Kjellander. With us today for this heari-ng are Commissioner Eric Anderson and Commissioner Kristine Raper, and as we move forward with this telephonic hearing, just as a note of background, the Company in this instance, which was Rocky Mountaln Power, submitted its application for approval under the Idaho Blectric Supplier Stabilization Act, Idaho Code Section 67-332, and the el-ectric utility asset transfer statute, which is Idaho Code Section 67-328. The Company requested this application be processed under Modified Procedure, our Rule 201, and typically, the use of Modified Procedure contemplates just written submissions and no live hearing; however, Idaho Code Section 6L-328 states that the Commission shall issue a public notlce and sha1l conduct a public hearing upon the application, so with that said, we sha1l have thls telephonj-c hearing to fulfi11 the requJ-rements of that section of statute and that's why we're here today, so let's begin with the appearances of the parties 1 25 COLLOQUY ( o 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 8 9 10 o 11 !2 13 I4 15 76 71 1B !9 20 2L ZZ Z3 .AL1 CSB REPORTING 208.890. s198 aZ, and representing the Staff of the Commissi-on?
