BOISE, IDAHO, TUESDAY,JULY 30, 2079, 2:00 P. M
COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: Well-, good
afternoon. This is the time and place for a public
telephonic hearing in Case No. PAC-E-19-09. My name is
PauI Kjellander. With us today for this heari-ng are
Commissioner Eric Anderson and Commissioner Kristine
Raper, and as we move forward with this telephonic
hearing, just as a note of background, the Company in
this instance, which was Rocky Mountaln Power, submitted
its application for approval under the Idaho Blectric
Supplier Stabilization Act, Idaho Code Section 67-332,
and the el-ectric utility asset transfer statute, which is
Idaho Code Section 67-328.
The Company requested this application be
processed under Modified Procedure, our Rule 201, and
typically, the use of Modified Procedure contemplates
just written submissions and no live hearing; however,
Idaho Code Section 6L-328 states that the Commission
shall issue a public notlce and sha1l conduct a public
hearing upon the application, so with that said, we sha1l
have thls telephonj-c hearing to fulfi11 the requJ-rements
of that section of statute and that's why we're here
today, so let's begin with the appearances of the parties
