My name is PauI Kjellander. I'11 be chairing
todayrs proceedings. To my right is Commissioner Eric
Andereon. To my left is Comnissioner Kristine Raper.
The three of ua comprise t,he Comnission. We'11
ultimately enter a decision upon completion of the
development of this record. Of which this iE the final
component of developing that record.

Daniel Solander on behalf of Rocky Mountain Power. And
Ted Weston may also be joining us. I am not srure if he
hae called in.

about, Idaho Falls Power? For appearances purpoaes do we
have legal counsel for Idaho FallE? No. Okay.
AE we move for-ward just to recognize that
becauee the Company filed the request for the
Application for Modified Procedure. But because it came
through from the eectsion of statute 5L-332 we are
required in fact, the mandated language within that
Eection of statute saya that the Commission "shal1 iesue
a public notice and shall conduct a public hearing upon
the application." And that's exactly what we are doing
with Lhie specific venue today.
And as I understand it we do not have anybody
on the phone at present who hae called in to testify.
So what we'Il do is we will receEa for a period of five
minuteE. And if no one has called in within that
five-minute window we will reconvene and adjourn. So we
will go off the record.

record. We want to thank everybody for being patient
with us aE we allowed the opportunity for otherE who may
wish to comment on this t,elephonic hearing to join us.
And there has been no one new who haE j oined us on the
bridge who wisheE to testify in this. So we have
fulfilled our requirements under Idaho Code Section
