If yes, please provide all data references and calculations for the Oregon share of decommissioning cost in your response. Please also explain any assumptions used in the
plant decommissioning costs in the UM 1968 filing about the level or type of site
restoration that the company would be obligated to conduct. For purposes of this question, site restoration means to return the site (land footprint, real land use) to its original status. For example, the original status could be a desert, a dry
pasture field, an industrial field, and a greenfield. In your response, please provide all data
references and calculations for the Oregon share of decommissioning cost. Response to OPUC Data Request 8 Decommissioning and demolition of coal and natural gas-fueled generating facilities
included reclamation, final site grading, perimeter control and long-term access control. The decommissioning costs do not contemplate returning the sites back to their “original status” as described above. Data and calculations of reclamation and final site grading are described in studies provided in Attachment OPUC 6-2 1st Supplemental.

Decommissioning and demolition of coal and natural gas fueled generating facilities are allocated to Oregon using the SG (System Generation) factor of 25.7728 percent as provided in the workpaper supporting exhibit PAC 301 in this docket.
