With respect to the plant decommissioning cost data used in the UM 1968 filing, please: (a) Provide the plant “Demolition and Decommissioning Costs Studies” for all Coal, Natural Gas, and Geothermal Plants included in the UM 1968 filing. (b) Fill out the table below by listing each generating unit and providing all requested information for each generating unit listed (see Exhibit PAC/202, Spanos/43).

Plant”). Please explain how, and in your response, please provide all data references and calculations for the Oregon share of decommissioning cost. Follow-Up Request from OPUC Staff received April 15, 2019:
Currently, the OPUC staff have summary results of the studies from PacifiCorp’s responses to data requests, but OPUC staff still need to see the Demolition and Decommissioning Costs Studies. From the demolition/decommissioning studies, (1) please provide what are the reasoning/assumptions to “decom a plant at that particular year”, and (2) please provide the project “contingency rate at that particular percentage.”
