The cost studies for the project contain commercially sensitive information and are considered highly confidential. Public disclosure of this information before
completion of the competitive bidding process in 2018 could negatively impact
the responses from bidders with potential for the Company to not secure the most cost-effective proposal. Copies of the cost studies are available, upon notice, for inspection in Rocky Mountain Power Salt Lake City offices. Please contact Ted Weston at [phone] to make arrangements for review.
