OCA Data Request 1.2 Please provide a copy of all discovery requests (including the responses) served on the
Company from intervenors in Washington, Oregon, Utah and Idaho in their respective
2018 Depreciation Cases. 2nd Supplemental Response to OCA Data Request 1.2
Please refer to Attachment OCA 1.2 -1 2nd Supplemental and Confidential Attachment
OCA 1.2-2 2nd Supplemental. The Company’s original and supplemental responses to PC-BWP 1 in Washington provide responses to the requested Oregon, Idaho, and Utah
data requests. The Company does not waive any objections raised in the data request
responses included in the attachments.

The Confidential attachment does not include confidential information from Utah Docket No. 18-035-36 because Utah Administrative Code R746-1-602 and R746-1-603 prohibits
the use or disclosure of confidential information other than for the purpose of the Utah
proceeding.

Going forward, the Company will prepare supplemental responses to this data request as requests and responses are received.
