Please provide copies of any and all data requests submitted to you by any party to the
following proceedings and your corresponding responses to those data requests. This is
an ongoing request:

3rd Supplemental Response to AWEC Data Request 001

PacifiCorp continues to object to this request as overly broad, unduly burdensome, and
outside the scope of this proceeding. Without waiving any objections, the company
responds as follows:

a. Please refer to Attachment AWEC 001-1 3rd Supplemental and Confidential
Attachment AWEC 001-2 3rd Supplemental for the requested responses. The
company’s response to PC-BWP 1 provides responses to the requested Idaho,
Wyoming and Utah data requests. The company does not waive any objections
raised in the data request responses included in the attachments.

d. Please refer to subpart a. The attachment does not include confidential information
from Utah Docket No. 18-035-36 because Utah Administrative Code R746-1-602
and R746-1-603 prohibits the use or disclosure of confidential information other
than for the purpose of the Utah proceeding.

Going forward, the company will prepare supplemental responses to this data request as
requests and responses are received.

Confidential information is designated as Protected Information under Order No. 18-431
and may only be disclosed to qualified persons as defined in that order.
