IPUC Data Request 14
Is there a franchise agreement or other similar agreement between Rocky
Mountain Power and Idaho Falls Power or the City of Idaho Falls that details how
costs are allocated when the City or Idaho Falls Power determines Rocky
Mountain Power assets need to be relocated or removed?
Response to IPUC Data Request 14
There are no agreements in place with Idaho Falls dictating costs for
relocation/removal of facilities. The only standing agreements outline
customer/asset exchanges alrd joint use, There is no franchise ordinance.
