If a customer wishes to be served by Idaho Falls Power they must approach the city first and request service. If the city agrees to serve that customer, the city will bring a letter(s) to RMP, signed by affected customers, and make a formal request to transfer service. The customers are making the request, not RMP. The customer is first "notified" by virtue of the customer's desire and formal request to change providers.
