7 PacifiCorp doing business as Rocky Mountain Power for a
8 certificate of public convenience and necessity and
9 binding ratemaking treatment for new wind and
10 transmission facilities before the Idaho Public Utilities
11 Commission.
12 I'm Commissioner Anderson and I'll be
13 Chairing tonight.To my far left is Commissioner Kris
14 Raper and to my immediate left is Commissioner Paul
15 Kjellander.I don't know that we have anybody that
16 wanted to testify on the phone yet,but I'd like to give
17 this opportunity for the parties to introduce themselves.
