Please provide a nominal revenue requirements analysis for each of the four
proposed wind projects individually.
Response to Monsanto Data Request 4
The Company has not performed the requested studies necessary to supply the
nominal revenue requirements analysis for the individual wind projects,absent
the other projects selected by the model.The projects were selected as optimal as
a package,taking into account concurrent system impacts (synergies and
overlaps)of all projects.
However,the nominal revenue requirement contribution of individual projects can
be estimated by developingthe annual percentage contribution of nominal new
wind generation for each individual project,and then applying that percentage to
the annual "2050 Net (Benefit)/Cost".This would yield an annual estimated
contribution to the nominal revenue requirement by year for each of the four
projects selected by the model.
The necessary values for this calculation are provided in the confidential work
papers supporting the corrected second supplemental direct testimony of
Company witness,Rick T.Link.
For convenience,the Company has performed this analysis for the medium gas,
medium carbon dioxide (CO2)case in Confidential Attachment Monsanto 4.4.
Confidential information is providedsubject to the non-disclosure agreement with
Monsanto.
