Please provide the System Optimizer and PAR results and the nominal and
levelized PVRR(d)results for the Combined Projects without Uinta for each of
the nine price-policy scenarios.Please provide work papers with all formulas
intact.
Response to TPUC Data Request 81
The Company modeled two price-policy scenarios,medium natural gas,medium
carbon dioxide (CO2)and low natural gas,zero CO2.The confidential work
papers for these two scenarios and estimates for the remaining seven price-policy
scenarios are provided in Confidential Attachment IPUC 81-1.Please also refer to
Attachment IPUC 81-2,which provides a copy of the settlement testimony of
Company witness,Rick Link,filed in Wyoming Docket 20000-520-EA-17,
describing further the analysis and results of the Combined Projects with and
without Uinta.

Please explain and quantify what causes the change in net benefits [nominal
PVRR(d)]between the Combined Projects with the Uinta wind project and
without Uinta for each of the 9 price-policy scenarios.Please provide work
papers with formulas intact to quantify the difference in net benefits.

The Company modeled two price-policy scenarios,medium natural gas,medium

Company's response to IPUC Data Request 81.Please refer to Confidential
Attachment IPUC 82-l,which quantifies changes in net benefits between the
Combined Projects with Uinta and without Uinta for the two modeled price-
policy scenarios.

the wind repower project (Case No.PAC-E-17-06)since the compliance filing
that was submitted on February 7,2018?If so,please provide the changes with
an explanation of the changes and the cost and benefit impact to the overall
project.
