Response to TPUC Data Request 81 The Company modeled two price-policy scenarios,medium natural gas,medium carbon dioxide (CO2)and low natural gas,zero CO2.The confidential work papers for these two scenarios and estimates for the remaining seven price-policy scenarios are provided in Confidential Attachment IPUC 81-1.Please also refer to Attachment IPUC 81-2,which provides a copy of the settlement testimony of Company witness,Rick Link,filed in Wyoming Docket 20000-520-EA-17, describing further the analysis and results of the Combined Projects with and without Uinta.
