MW of incremental wind generationbehind the TOT4A/TOT4B constraint.

Please see Attachment DPU 21.1 16'supplemental for the updated Aeolus West
Transmission Path Transfer Capability Assessment study report (dated March 30,2018),
which includes all power flow and dynamic stability studies that demonstrate the
performance of the Wyoming transmission system,with the addition of the D.2 Project
and associated 2017R RFP Short List resources.
