Response to WIEC Data Request 20.12 The eligibilityto receive 100 percent of the Production Tax Credit (PTC)is based achieving a commercial operation date (COD)no later than December 31,2020.Initial synchronization of the project to the grid is not the determining factor to receiving 100 percent of the PTC but is an earlier milestone that must be completed to achieve commercial operation.The listed projects all had initial synchronization dates in Q2 2020 and Q3 2020.
