Evaluator reports,documentation,and analysis associated with the 2017R RFP,including
materials from the Utah IE,Oregon IE,and any other IEs not identified in testimony.

On February 24,2018,the Utah independentevaluator (IE)issued its final report to the
Public Service Commission of Utah (UPSC)for PacifiCorp's 2017 Renewable Request
for Proposals (2017R RFP)-relevant to Docket 17-035-23 and Docket 17-035-40.
Due to the ongoing nature of the 2017R RFP,IE documentationthat is in the Company's
possession and associated with the 2017R RFP is considered commercially sensitive and
highly confidential.The Company does not typically permit access to commercially
sensitive 2017R RFP documentation until the RFP has been concluded.Please contact
