Please provide the results of any sensitivity analysis requested by either of the
independentevaluators who reviewed PSCo's RFP evaluation process,including but not
limited to any sensitivity requested by one of the independentevaluators for the results of
a PPA bid portfolio.With regard to a PPA bid portfolio,please compare the results of
that PPA bid portfolio to the portfolio presented by the Company in its Supplemental
Direct Testimony on a year over year basis,using the Company's System Optimizer
model and Planning and Risk model.
It Revised Response to WIEC Data Request 12.1
Please be advised that the Company mistakenly provided 2017 Renewable Request for
Proposals (2017R RFP)documentation with its original response to WIEC Data Request
12.1 incorrectlyclassified as confidential.The document is,in fact,considered
commercially sensitive and highly confidential.This 161Revisedresponse to WIEC Data
Request 12.1 corrects that error and replaces the Company's original response in its
entirety.This Company requests that copies of its original response to WIEC Data
Request 12.1 dated January 30,2018 are destroyed.
The Company assumes that the reference "PSCo's"was intended to be a reference to the
Company or Rocky Mountain Power (RMP).Based on this assumption,the Company
responds as follows:

In addition,due to the ongoing nature of the 2017R RFP,the IE presentationassociated
with the 2017R RFP is considered commercially sensitive and highly confidential.The
Company does not typically permit access to commercially sensitive 2017R RFP
