In the Company's January 24,2018,Response to Motion to Vacate Remaining Schedule
in this proceeding,on page 2,the Company stated "One item not contemplated by the
current schedule,however,is the Company's need to compete interconnection studies for
the 2017R RFP fmal shortlist projects and document any resulting changes to the final
shortlist".
(a)When were,or will,the interconnection studies reference above be completed?
(b)After the completion of the above referenced interconnection studies,when will the
updated final shortlist be established and when will this final shortlist be provided to
the parties?
(c)Will the Company be filing additional testimony with the final short list referenced in
b.above;and if so,when will the testimony be filed?
Response to OCS Data Request 11.1
(a)PacifiCorp's transmission function posted system impact restudy reports on the Open
Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS)on February 9,2018 for Q0707 /
Q0708 (Shirley Basin),Q0712 (Windstar),and Q0715 (Uinta County).While the
precise timing of any interconnection study report depends on many factors,
PacifiCorp's transmission function estimates that the study for Q0863 (Foote Creek
area)will be completed by April 1,2018.
(b)The Company plans to establish an updated final shortlist by February 16,2018.The
Company plans to file second supplemental direct testimony supporting the updated
final shortlist on February 16,2018.

Renewable Request for Proposals (2017R RFP),bids,evaluations,reports and analyses
documentation associated with the 2017R RFP are considered commercially sensitive and
highly confidential.The Company does not typically permit access to commercially
sensitive 2017R RFP documentation until the RFP has been concluded"
(a)Please provide the Company's best estimate of when (i.e.a date)it believes the
renewable 2017R RFP will be "concluded".
(b)Please provide the Company's best estimate of when (i.e.a date)it believes the solar
2017S RFP will be "concluded".
