Please provide a summary (in a table format,if available)of the Proposal Bid
Evaluation.At a minimum please provide the following:
(a)Identifyall factors and criteria (with a short description)used in evaluatingthe
various proposals.
(b)Identifyall bidders,bids,and any alternates bids submitted.
(c)Provide a brief description for each of the bids or alternative bids.
(d)Provide the resulting scoring for all factors and criteria for all submitted bids.
Please include the specific prices,plant size,capacity factors,generation ...
(etc.)for each bid.
(e)Identifyany adjustment made to the bid proposal as part of the evaluation.
(f)Identifyall reasons bids were removed from consideration.

Please be advised that the Company mistakenlyprovided 2017 Renewable
Request for Proposals (2017R RFP)documentation with its original response to
IPUC Data Request 62 incorrectly classified as confidential.The document is,in
fact,considered commercially sensitive and highlyconfidential.This 16 Revised
response to IPUC Data Request 62 corrects that error and replaces the Company's
original response in its entirety.The Company requests that copies of its original
response to IPUC Data Request 62 dated January 30,2018 are destroyed.
(a)Please refer to Section 6 of the 2017R RFP main document,which describes
the factors and criteria used in bid evaluation.A copy of the 2017R RFP main
document is provided as Attachment IPUC 62 1"Revised.
(b)Due to the ongoing nature of the 2017R RFP,documentation associated with
the 2017R RFP are considered commercially sensitive and highlyconfidential.
The Company does not typicallypermit access to commercially sensitive
2017R RFP documentation until the RFP has been concluded.Please contact

arrangements for review.

percent based on the evaluation by the third-party consultant.See Link Di-
Supp at 8,lines 11-23;Exhibit No.37.Due to the ongoing nature of the
2017R RFP,documentation associated with the 2017R RFP are considered
commercially sensitive and highlyconfidential.The Company does not
typicallypermit access to commercially sensitive 2017R RFP documentation
