(a)For each wind bid resource (between rows 2 -75),provide all calculations
electronically,with all formulas intact used to derive the cost in each row for the
Capital Recovery,FOM capitalized,FOM non-capitalized,PTCs,Network Upgrade
(88%),PPA Cost,and Gateway D2 Cost.
(b)For each solar bid resource (between rows 79 -108),provide all calculations
electronically,with all formulas intact used to derive the cost in each row for the
Network Upgrade (88%),and the PPA Cost.
(c)For the Transmission Project (between rows 111 -114)provide all calculations
electronically,with all formulas intact used to derive the cost in each row for the
Transmission Project Capital Recovery,and the Incremental Transmission
Revenues.

(a)Due to the ongoing nature of the 2017R Request for Proposals (2017R RFP),bids,
evaluations,data,reports and analyses documentation associated with the 2017R RFP
are considered commercially sensitive and highly confidential.The Company does
not typically permit access to commercially sensitive 2017R RFP documentation until
the RFP has been concluded.Please contact Jana Saba at (801)220-2823 or Yvonne
Hogle at (801)220-4050 to make arrangements for review.

(a)Several columns in the worktab have the same headings,but it is not clear what the
difference in the calculations are.For example,columns F and O are the same,and
columns G and P are the same.Please explain the difference in the calculation of
those columns.
(b)This spreadsheet references the file:Energy Gateway GM 2017 03 13 21%US
Tax.xlsm.Please supply that file electronically,with all formulas intact.If this file
has been supplied,please note where it may be found.
Response to OCS Data Request 9.3
(a)Columns C through I represent the nominal annual revenue requirements for the
Aeolus-to-Bridger/Anticlinetransmission project.
Column F is the gross revenue requirement from file "Energy Gateway GM 2017
03 13 21%US Tax.xlsm"Generic tab row 1711.
The Company expects to recover 12 percent revenue requirement in column F
from wholesale transmission customers under the Company's Open Access
Transmission Tariff (OATT)formula rate.
Column I is the difference between columns F and G,and represents the amount
the Company expects to recover from retail customers.
The second set of columns,N through Q,are the real levelized revenue requirements
for the Aeolus to Bridger/Anticlinetransmission project.
Column O is the real levelized revenue requirement for the transmission project.
The real levelized revenue requirement is a stream of annual payments increasing
with inflation having the same present value as the nominal revenue requirements
in column F.
Column P is 12 percent of the real levelized revenue requirement in column O.
Column Q is the difference between columns O and P.
