Response to OCS Data Request 10.6 The information was included with the proposals supplied by both market and benchmark bidders.Due to the ongoing nature of the 2017 Renewable Request for Proposals (2017R RFP),the transmission interconnection costs for each final shortlist wind project are considered commercially sensitive and highly confidential. The Company does not typically permit access to commercially sensitive 2017R RFP documentationuntil the RFP has been concluded. Please contact Jana Saba at (801)220-2823 or Yvonne Hogle at (801)220-4050 to make arrangements for review. Please refer to the Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS),which provides access to publicly available transmission feasibility study reports, system impact study reports and facility study reports. These reports can be accessed by utilizingthe followingOASIS website link: httos://www.oasis.oati.com/PPW/PPWdocs/pacificorpleiaa.htm 17-035-40 /Rocky Mountain Power February 5,2018 OCS Data Request 10.12 OCS Data Request 10.12 OF Projects. In Direct Testimony,Mr.Link stated the followingat line 484,"The remaining 320-MW balance of new wind resource capacity is associated with certain qualifyingfacility projects (the "QF Projects")that are located in the Aeolus area, have executed PPAs with PacifiCorp, and have preferential positions in the transmission interconnection queue. The QF Projects are reasonably expected to interconnect with PacifiCorp's transmission system after the Aeolus-to-Bridger/AnticlineLine is placed in service and are assumed to achieve commercial operation at the end óf 2021,consistent with the terms in their PPAs". (a)Please identify the previously320 MW QF capacity that had a preferential position in the transmission interconnection queue and identify the 240 MW QF that has an executed interconnection agreement.(See Link testimony at line 173). (b)Explain what led PacifiCorp to originally model 320 MW of QF capacity in direct testimony, and then revise its modeling to 240 MW in rebuttal testimony. As part of the explanation please provide dates when any information was received or changed that factored into the modeling decisions. (c)Please provide a copy of the executed interconnection agreement, and state when it was executed. Response to OCS Data Request 10.12 (a)Please refer to the Company's response to OCS Data Request 1.34 and DPU Data Request 13.11. (b)Please refer to the Company's response to subpart (a). (c)Please refer to Confidential Attachment OCS 10.12,which provides copies of the July 2015 executed Large Generator Interconnection Agreements associated with the 240- megawatt qualifying facility projects.
