DECISION MEMORANDUM APRIL 4, 2003 STAFF RECOMMENDATION CenturyTel's proposed rates are more than adequate to cover the cost of providing services. Because these products are optional and nonessential, Staff does not oppose the requested rates. Staff recommends approval. Does the Commission agree? ~L~ irdelle Brown Corresp/drnernos/20031 AdvO3-03 .cti DECISION MEMORANDUM APRIL 4, 2003
