No further study is required to remove the scheme from service.Note,this SOL study was presented to and approved by RMOSG on April 2,2015. Decommissioning of the Huntington LAPS was approved by the WECC RASRS on April 8,2015. Please refer to the excerpt from the draft meeting minutes below. Huntington LAPS Decommissioning The primary function was to enhance the simultaneous transfer capability on TOT2B1/TOT2Cby initiating generator tripping actions.The scheme is limited as the lines have not been operated above the arming thresholds historically.PacifiCorp plans to decommission the scheme in June 2015 following completion of the Sigurd-Red Butte 345-kV line.
