Response to DPU Data Request 9.1 The Company has not performed the requested analysis.Consistent with the procedural schedule adopted for this proceeding,the Company will update its economic analysis in its supplemental filing scheduled to be filed in mid-January 2018. 17-035-40 /Rocky Mountain Power November 21,2017 DPU Data Request 9.2 DPU Data Request 9.2 Based on the updated analysis conducted in response to question 1 above,please provide a sensitivity analysis incorporating provisions of the draft tax reform bill released by Republicans in the U.S.House of Representatives,including: (a)20%corporate tax rate (b)Reduction of PTC from 2.4¢/kWh to 1.5¢/kWh (c)Change in continuityof construction requirement. Provide with this response all calculations of customer benefits provided in Mr.Link's direct testimony,as well as all supporting work papers (includingSystem Optimizer and PaR output files). Response to DPU Data Request 9.2 The Company objects to this request on the basis that it requires speculation,is not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence,and requires development of a special study or information not maintained in the ordinary course of business.Without waiving these objections,the Company responds as follows: Please see the Company's response to DPU Data Request 9.1.The Company has not performed the requested analysis,but will consider potential tax reform impacts on the proposed wind and transmission projects in the supplemental filing in mid-January 2018.
