Please confirm that the Company has no option to acquire safe harbor production tax credit qualified wind turbines for the 250 MW at Ekola Flats.Refer to the Confidential responses to OCS 1.51 and OCS 1.52. Please indicate whether the Company currently believes that it purchased enough wind turbine equipment at the end of 2016 to qualify for the full safe harbor production tax credit for the 110 MW project that it would serve as developer and for the 250 MW Ekola Flats project that would be developed by Invenergy. If so, please explain.Please provide an estimate of the total MW for the Wind Projects currently expected to be eligible for the full PTCs, due to safe harbor wind turbine purchases, via the wind turbines purchased by the Company and separately for those purchased by Invenergy, acting as the Company’s developer, and any other sources before the end of 2016.
