Hemstreet Testimony.In reference to lines 63-64, what is the estimated useful life of the energy collection system for each wind facility? What is the maximum energy capacity for each wind facility collection system?
Hemstreet Testimony.In reference to lines 94-96, with the premise that the new interconnect agreements are approved for the higher capacity and the Company relies on this higher capacity, in the event that the wind is curtailed for whatever reason or is not producing as designed, what impact will this have on FOTs and other generation resource fuel costs, etc.? Please explain in detail and provide analysis with intact formulae.
Hemstreet Testimony.In reference to lines 142-145,is book value only used to determine the FMV of the assets or were other valuation methods used to determine the 80/20 requirements? If so please provide the full valuation reports, analysis and conclusions for a sample of valuation reports.
Hemstreet Testimony. In reference to lines 350-355, what is the estimated price to refurbish the used gear boxes that will be used as replacements on other WTGs that will not be repowered?
