2.1Transmission. Please provide copies of the following documents that have been completed to date regarding the Combined Transmission Projects as well as copies of all future documents as they are created or otherwise become available during the pendency of this proceeding:
a.Investment Appraisal Documents (IAD)
b.Expenditure requests or requisitions
c.Appropriation requests
d.Project change notices
e.Engineering service agreements and engineering studies not already provided
f.Cost benefit analysis not already provided
g.Any other relevant studies, analyses, reports and spreadsheets (with formulae intact)
2.2Transmission. Please provide the studies and supporting documentation for all segments of the Energy Gateway Project segments or sub-segments that have been performed during the past five years. Supporting documentation should include, where applicable, expenditure requisitions, appropriation requests, investment appraisal documents, engineering service agreement studies, cost benefit analysis, or any other relevant studies, analyses, reports and spreadsheets (with formulae intact).
2.3Transmission. Please provide copies of all of the Company’s various PacifiCorp.com/transmission website homepages and links for the Energy Gateway Transmission Project and for each of the specific segments of the original and revised Energy Gateway project since the Company’s announcement of the project beginning in 2007, including copies of all website updates, newsletter changes, project timeline changes, segment home pages and revisions, and main webpage changes as described above.

2.4Transmission. Please provide printed paper copies of all of the Company’s Gateway Energy (or Energy Gateway) project newsletters for the entire Gateway project and for each of the specific segments and/or sub-segments that were posted on the Company’s webpage, were mailed out, or that were otherwise distributed at public meetings for the years listed below:

2.5Transmission. Please provide a copy of the Company and Idaho Power’s May 7, 2007 initial joint application with the Bureau of Land Management for an easement across federal lands, including all exhibits.
2.6Transmission. Please provide a copy of the memo of understanding, contract, and/or other documents codifying Idaho Power as a joint partner in the Gateway West project.
2.7Transmission. Please provide all the reports and analyses and supporting documentation, that have been or will be conducted (or as it is made available) by the Company, intervening parties, or by state regulatory personnel as it pertains to granting the Company a CPCN for construction of Segment D2 in the state of Wyoming. Please provide the Wyoming docket number for this proceeding, as well as a copy of the Commission’s scheduling order as it becomes available.
2.8Transmission. With the exception of the CPCN requests above, please provide the docket numbers in each of the Company’s other service territory states in which the Company has filed or will file any regulatory documents related to the Combined Transmission Projects.
2.9New Wind Resources. Please provide all reports and analyses along with all supporting documentation, that have been or will be conducted (or as it is made available) by the Company, intervening parties, or by state regulatory personnel as it pertains to granting the Company CPCN’s for construction of the Company’s new wind projects in the state of Wyoming. Please provide the Wyoming docket/s number for this or these proceedings, as well as copies of any Commission scheduling orders as they become available with respect to the new wind projects.
2.10New Wind Resources. With the exception of the CPCN requests above, please provide the docket numbers in each of the Company’s other service territory states in which the Company has filed or will file any regulatory documents related to the new wind resources.
