This PacifiCorp response to Monsanto's most recent discovery is unresponsive and unacceptable.We have all signed
the Company's NDA.
Further,we have all been proceeding under the understanding that discovery in the wind cases would include the
Company providing response in all state proceedings to any party in any state.
Please supplement and correct the Company's response.If there is some problem or misunderstanding let's discuss
prior to the settlement conference tomorrow.
