Please provide all geotechnical,engineering,or other reports proving that the current
WTG towers and foundations will sustain new repowered equipment.

Further to the Company's response to DPU Data Request 9.12 dated September 11,2017,
the Company provides the followingsupplemental response:
Please refer to Confidential Attachment DPU 9.12 16*Supplemental,which provides
redacted confidential versions of the mechanical loads analysis reports produced by
General Electric (GE)for PacifiCorp's repowering projects.These reports are redacted to
remove technical information regarding GE's proprietary loads analysis methodology.
Note:the provided documents are third party proprietary redacted confidential and are
provided in the redacted confidential format with the permission of the third party and in
accordance with the Public Service Commission of Utah's (UPSC)confidentialityrules
stated below.The third party permission permits the Company to provide the redacted
confidential documents to the UPSC staff,the Division of Public Utilities (DPU),and its
consultants,and the Office of Consumer Services (OCS),and its consultants,only.
Specifically,GE consents to allow PacifiCorp the right to disclose,on a no-reliance basis,
the reports provided as Confidential Attachment DPU 9.12 16'Supplemental to its
regulators provided that the redacted confidential reports remain subject to the terms and
conditions of the confidentialityprovisions of the UPSC referenced below and further
provided such reports shall not be made public.
The unredacted versions of these reports are considered commercially sensitive and
highly confidential.The Company requests special handling.At this time,GE have not
provided permission for the Company to provide externallyany versions of the
unredacted highly confidential versions of these reports.Please contact Bob Livelyat
[phone] to make arrangements for review at the Company's offices in Salt Lake
City,Utah.
The Company will supplement this request if new or additional information becomes
available.
