In reference to Mr.Hemstreet's testimony,lines 381-387,with the warranty and service
agreements aside provided by the turbine manufacturers,has PacifiCorp completed any
reliability analysis or testing of the new equipment?If so,please provide that analysis.

Further to the Company's response to DPU Data Request 2.9 dated August l1,2017,the
Company provides the followingsupplemental information:
Please refer to Confidential Attachment DPU 2.9 1"*Supplemental,which provides two
technological reviews of the turbines proposed for repowering.Note:the provided
documents are third party proprietary confidential and are provided with the permission
of the third party and in accordance with the Public Service Commission of Utah's (PSC)
confidentialityrules stated below.The third party permission permits the Company to
provide the documents to the PSC staff,the Division of Public Utilities (DPU),and its
consultants,and the Office of Consumer Services (OCS),and its consultants,only.
Specifically,DNV KEMA Renewables,Inc,(DNV GL)consents to allow PacifiCorp the
right to disclose,on a no-reliance basis,the reports provided as Confidential Attachment
DPU 2.9 16'Supplementalto its regulators provided that the reports remain subject to the
terms and conditions of the confidentialityprovisions of the PSC referenced below and
further provided such reports shall not be made public.
